1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

If you wish to cancel an online consultation appointment, we understand that circumstances may change. Refund eligibility is determined based on the following criteria:


- Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your online consultation appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Refunds will be processed according to the following terms:

- Cancellation made within the specified notice period: 80% of the consultation fee will be refunded.

- Cancellation made outside the specified notice period: No refund will be issued.


- Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our end prevents the consultation from taking place or hampers the quality of the session, a full refund or rescheduling of the consultation will be offered, depending on your preference.


2. No-Show and Late Arrival:

If you fail to attend a scheduled online consultation without prior notice (a "no-show") or arrive significantly late for the appointment, no refund will be issued. However, we will make an effort to accommodate you if the schedule allows.


3. Unsatisfactory Consultation Experience:

We are committed to providing valuable consultations. If you are dissatisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation session. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund or credit towards a future consultation.


4. Refund Process:

5. Payment Processing Fees:

Please note that any payment processing fees or third-party charges associated with your purchase are non-refundable.
